• Before using equipment, students must be inducted by a Digital Media Lecturer
Booking Declaration:
I, the undersigned hereby agree to borrow faculty equipment on the terms and conditions listed out below:
• Return all equipment promptly to avoid inconvenience to other users.
• Take care of this equipment while in my care and control, report any damages upon return.
• I must arrange specific pick-up and return times with the Digital Media Lecturer
• I must NOT return equipment to any CQU staff except the Digital Media Lecturer
• Understand I may be held liable for the cost of any loss or damage
• Will return rechargeable batteries fully charged
• I understand the University is not responsible for any media content I leave in the camera’s data
storage devices.
